Caroline Demeyere, founder
A career built at the heart of organisations.
For 25 years, Caroline has worked in operations and entrepreneurship. She has run activities, coordinated teams, managed budgets and helped organisations change the way they work.
Today she leads operations for international associations based in Brussels, as a fractional Chief Operating Officer.
Her path includes running business centres, coordinating operations for a Brussels consultancy, Operations Manager roles and founding her first company, Vingt-deux.
